We cover everything from irrigation and climate control to deployment challenges and financing upgrades. This track is suitable for growers, innovators, technology providers, consultants, and others working on real-world implementation.
Build
Explore how to strengthen your workforce and boost competence in your organization. We look at how to develop the people, skills, and organizational capacity to scale the sector. We address workforce shortages, training and education, career pathways, succession planning, and organizational development. The track attracts operators, educators, HR leaders, trainers, startups, and anyone building teams and capabilities.
Translate
Learn and compare how industry players are turning research and innovation into scalable, investable solutions. We discuss research translation, R&D and adoption barriers to technology validation and deployment, as well as policy challenges. This track is suitable for researchers, startups, scale-ups, investors, innovation teams, and policy stakeholders.
Transform
Consider market and value chain transformation. Get new perspectives on bringing CEA into new markets and integrating it into broader systems. Conversations span topics from new crops and ingredients, to supply chains and infrastructure. We hear from experts cross-sector partnerships and circular systems lifting CEA. This track attracts corporate strategists, investors, advanced growers, energy partners, bio economy actors, and cross-sector leaders.
